Features
Error-proofing torque driver with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening.
Choose between Adjustable RTD or Preset RNTD models featuring limit switch and curled cable to confirm/count each tightening "click"
RTD Adjustable type makes it easy to change torque settings by twisting body to select desired toque on scale.
RNTD Preset type requires torque set with tester and key, so torque is set to one value and secured from unauthorized changes.
The toggle is activated when set torque is achieved. Rotary slip occurs simultaneously with output of a contact signal from the limit switch.
Connect LS tools to Tohnichi's CNA-4mk3 to receive click confirmation and to create a tightening count management system.
Contact relay signal cable may also be connected to your own PCL (Programmable Logic Controller)
RTDLS Supplied with Certificate of Calibration
RNTDLS Models are supplied with no torque setting; If required, request at time of order for a nominal fee.
To set on your own you must have Torque Driver Tester, and adjusting tool (both sold separately)

Applicable for international use including the EU region.
Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type II Class D.

Precautions for use
When the curled cable is connected to the loading circuit, follow the limit specifications of AC & DC 30V, below 1A.
Be careful not to damage or jolt the limit switchnwhen in use. This may lead to a malfunction.nDo not cut or damage the curled cable. This may cause an electric shock and/or make the part inoperable.
Do not open the limit switch cover. It protects the parts from dirt and dust that may interfere with proper operation of the parts.
Do not disassemble or modify the plug, curled cable, or limit switch parts.
Do not pull the curled cable too hard or hang the torque driver with the curled cable.
Use a metal clip hanger in hanging the torque driver.
Do not use for loosening screws.
If you accidentally tighten twice or more in one tightening operation, completion signals will be output according to the number of actual tightening.To prevent this, please set the function of double-count prevention timer using the count checker (CNA-4mk3) or equivalent device.
In order to use the limit switch type torque driver properly and safely, please read the operation instructions carefully.　
The female plug is not a standard accessory. When ordering the female plug, request part number WA5219K.
